If you wish to update your contact details (postal address, telephone, e-mail etc.), please complete the form “Updating Contact Details” and send it signed to: [email protected]

Please note that we can only accept and process a change to your personal data if you enclose additional evidence with the form (copy of a signed and valid ID document, “Proof of residence” e.g. utility bill etc.). Any request made otherwise could not be accepted.
